Prerequisite Qualifications
To be eligible for the Fast Track Training you must have a recognised Level 2 fitness qualification or the equivalent.
Assessment
The eLearning is assessed through quiz style questions on each unit. Learners watch video tutorials showing how to do each exercise seated and standing, how to progress and regress the exercises and relate them to activities of daily living. Practical delivery is then assessed during the 2 practical days. Learners are expected to know all 70 exercises in the FABS programme. Learners are asked to deliver a taster session including 10 exercises that have been allocated in advance and are assessed on their delivery showing they are technically proficient, safe and competent. Please note, you will be asked to agree to the FABS Terms & Conditions and Zoom requirements before purchasing.
Learner materials
Learners can download and print a pdf version of the Practical Training & Theory Training manual during the course. However, if you don’t have access to a printer, or would like a professionally printed copy, they’re available to purchase for an additional £24.99 each.

A brilliant course would highly recommend it to friends and colleagues.
Joanna –
I was very impressed how Belinda delivered the course to us all. Her knowledge, experience and teaching was brilliant. I found learning from Belinda very inspirational. I am so glad that I have taken the course. I know the feeling that things feel impossible to do, after recently finding out I have osteoarthritis in the hips and psoriasis arthritis. So I know the importance of exercise and strengthening muscles and ligaments around the joints. I hope I too will able to help people who are in a similar position. Thank you very much to Belinda and the team at Move it or Lose it.
Claire –
I had a great weekend and learnt so much. I can’t wait to put it into practice.
The course was very well structured.
Sandra was very clear and concise.

Everything was excellent from the quality of the e-learning through to the manual downloads. There was always someone available to contact if needed. On the actual training weekend the trainer was excellent. She was very reassuring throughout and gave lots of advice and corrections where necessary.
