Move it or Lose it has real social impact - from bringing people together in their communities to enjoy exercising and socialising, to helping them stay fit for life in their own homes through our range of resources.
We’re helping people to stay active so they can enjoy doing the things they love for longer. We’ve even shown that our exercises can help people to turn back the clock by 10 years, enabling them to live longer better!

We are working with other organisations such as the NHS, Royal Voluntary Service, St Giles Hospice and Age UK to improve physical and mental health and create real social impact.
