Course Description

Can group exercise really improve neural pathways, boost neuroplasticity, and support brain health? Absolutely – and the benefits don’t stop there. Through carefully designed activities and challenges you can also enhance coordination, skill, independence, mood, mental well-being, cognitive stimulation and social connection.

This CPD blends science and practice to show you how. You’ll explore the research behind these activities for cognitive vitality in older adults, learning why movement combined with mental engagement is such a powerful tool.

By the end of the course, you’ll leave with a virtual toolkit packed with fun, adaptable ideas for individuals, pairs, small or large groups, with and without small equipment.
