Supplied with two straws and stoppers for easy inflation, you can choose how soft or hard you want the ball (instructions included). If you spend a lot of time sitting down at work or home, just placing the Bender Ball behind your back can help you sit up tall for longer and prevent slouching. The latex-free ball can provide relief from lower back ache that comes from poor posture.
You can squeeze the ball between your hands to improve your grip strength, between your thighs for hip strength and behind your back for core strength.
