If you’d like to take advantage of our exclusive insurance policy available to our licensed instructors, please add this to your basket. The policy will cover you for £5,000,000 of public indemnity and £500,000 of professional indemnity. It will automatically renew every 12 months via direct debit. If you choose to end your membership with Move it or Lose it, it will invalidate your insurance. The policy is non-refundable.
Important: Purchase of this Starter Pack does not automatically grant you a licence to operate as a Move it or Lose it instructor. Your licence will only be activated once:
- Your Instructor Licence Agreement has been signed and accepted by Move it or Lose it
- Your Direct Debit mandate has been successfully set up
- Your official Move it or Lose it instructor email account has been created and activated
Your purchase of this Starter Pack constitutes an offer to enter into an initial six-month licence agreement with Move it or Lose it. The licence agreement becomes legally binding only once the Instructor Licence Agreement has been signed by you and formally accepted by Move it or Lose it.
At the end of the initial six-month term, your membership will automatically continue on a rolling monthly basis at the prevailing licence fee, unless cancelled in accordance with the terms set out in the Instructor Licence Agreement.
Equipment and printed materials will not be dispatched until all required licence documentation has been completed, the Direct Debit mandate has been successfully established, and your official Move it or Lose it instructor email account has been activated.
Failure to complete all required licence documentation and Direct Debit mandates within 30 days of purchase may result in cancellation of the order by Move it or Lose it. In such circumstances, any refund of the equipment element will be reduced by the amount of any reasonable administrative and third-party costs incurred.
By purchasing this Starter Pack, you acknowledge that digital services (including membership access, instructor resources and network benefits) will be made available during the initial six-month term. Accordingly, you expressly agree that your statutory 14-day cooling-off right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 will not apply once digital access has been granted.
