These classes use a fun and engaging circuit training format. The room is set up with Activity Stations each designed to target different aspects of your fitness. You’ll spend a short time at each station before taking a break and moving on to the next activity.
The stations include exercises to build your strength, improve your balance and boost your heart health.
The best part? You’ll still enjoy all the things you love about a Move it or Lose it class – great music, a welcoming atmosphere and a full-body workout. Plus, this new format allows you to follow a more personalised programme, helping you gradually increase your strength with heavier weights and build your confidence with more challenging exercises.
