We’re celebrating 10 years of Move it or Lose it at our Annual Healthy Ageing Conference!

Taking place on Friday 8th April 2022 at the Edgbaston Park Hotel and Conference Centre, our annual conference is taking on a party atmosphere as we belatedly celebrate Move it or Lose it’s 10th anniversary!

As always we have a great line-up of leading academics, researchers and experts in healthy ageing to enhance your knowledge and give you the practical skills to help older people enjoy active, healthier, happier lives.

This year, we’ll also be having a party, straight after the conference with birthday cake for everyone. So stay to celebrate 10+ years of Move it or Lose it!

This is a fantastic opportunity to hear from experts in the field of healthy ageing followed by Q&As after each talk. You can also enjoy meeting and networking with like-minded people from across the UK, all working together to transform ageing.
