How Move it or Lose it! helped Gordon
Gordon is in his 80's and the only male star of DVD 1. Gordon's circulatory disease had seriously affected his ability to walk. Playing golf again, something he has always loved, seemed like a distant dream. Move it or Lose it! has been a miracle to Gordon.
