Move it or Lose it! DVD 1 is a seated exercise routine so it’s most suitable for people who are not able or confident enough to exercise standing up. It is ideal for people with mobility problems, those returning to exercise, for people in wheelchairs or those who cannot get out to join an exercise class. The movements are done to classical music like the ‘Can-Can’ and Grieg’s ‘Morning’.

Move it or Lose it! DVD 2 offers the choice of exercising standing up or sitting down. It is more energetic than Routine 1 and aims to work the cardiovascular system and includes weight-bearing exercises to help combat osteoporosis. The music for this DVD has been uniquely composed and is motivational and cheerful.

Move it or Lose it! DVD 3 focuses on strength. There are 8 different strength exercises using a resistance band for the upper and lower body, followed by stretching and a cool down – all to classical music. This is ideal to use twice a week alongside your other routines as research shows that strengthening exercises should be an integral part of your weekly workout.

Fit & Fabulous for Life! is an advanced routine for people who want to do a more energetic workout to help improve cardiovascular health, trim and tone muscles. It includes weight bearing routines to help boost bone strength plus balance exercises and is set to a great selection of musical tracks including salsa and rock’n’roll.

Move it or Lose it! Put Pep in your Step DVD is a double disc DVD set commissioned by the NHS University Hospital Birmingham and The Centre for Healthy Ageing Research. Developed by scientists and experts to improve your everyday life with easy-to-follow exercises that are fun to do. There are 2 DVDs in this set which combine exercises to improve mobility and flexibility, strength, circulation and confidence. PEP1 is all done from a chair and PEP2 combines seated and standing exercises.
