Routine 1 is ideal for beginners, people returning to exercise or those who cannot stand up to exercise. Set to classical music this all-seated routine is ideal for people with balance or mobility problems. This top-to-toe workout aims to improve functional health to aid with everyday living.

Routine 2 is a little more energetic allowing people to choose whether to sit or stand and offers different levels to suit a wider range of abilities. The active weight-bearing exercises can help improve the cardiovascular system, slow the progression of osteoporosis and help improve balance.

Routine 3 concentrates on muscle strength with eight different exercises using resistance bands (red band included). Research suggests we should include strengthening exercises as part of our workout twice a week and this guides you through the techniques to progress to doing more repetitions as you improve.
